SMMESE Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of smmese.com, the customer account, calculators, emulators, API and other SMMESE functions.

1. General provisions

1.1. SMMESE provides an online service for selecting, calculating, ordering and monitoring digital services associated with Telegram channels, posts and bots.

1.2. “Administration” means the party that operates SMMESE. “Customer” means any person using the website, customer account, API or another Service function.

1.3. Registration, login, use of the account, order creation, balance top-up, payment or API use means that the Customer has read and accepts these Terms in full.

1.4. A Customer who does not agree must stop using SMMESE.

1.5. The Customer confirms that they have the legal capacity and authority to place and pay for orders. A person acting for another person or organization confirms that they are duly authorized.

2. SMMESE capabilities

2.1. Depending on current availability, SMMESE may provide views for future channel posts; reactions for specific or future posts; ordinary and Premium subscribers; Telegram boosts; first and repeat bot starts; bot-user activity; citation campaigns; public calculators and emulators; API access; and other services published on the website.

2.2. The exact scope, quantity, term, delivery method, available options and price are shown on the service or pricing page and in the order form before confirmation.

2.3. Options may differ by mode, account type, duration, number of posts and other settings.

2.4. The Administration may add, change, suspend or discontinue services and functions for future orders.

2.5. Catalogue or price changes do not alter a paid order unless the original terms become objectively impossible because of technical conditions or changes in Telegram or another external service. In that case, SMMESE may offer comparable continuation, replacement, return of the unused amount to the balance, or another settlement.

3. Quotes and emulators

3.1. Calculators and emulators provide preliminary quotes and models of possible delivery.

3.2. Using them does not create an order, reserve capacity, charge funds, bind SMMESE to execute a service or guarantee that the price will remain unchanged until checkout.

3.3. Terms become part of an order after the Customer selects the parameters, sees the total, confirms checkout and receives an order identifier in the account or through the API.

3.4. Graphs and forecasts may differ from actual delivery because of rounding, publication time, organic audience activity, Telegram behaviour and other factors outside SMMESE’s control.

4. Registration and account

4.1. Some functions require an account created by email or an available external login method.

4.2. The Customer must provide accurate data needed for registration, recovery, payment and execution.

4.3. The Customer is responsible for the password, email account, device security, API key and actions performed through an authenticated session.

4.4. Passwords, API keys and account access must not be shared. Actions made with valid credentials may be treated as the Customer’s actions until support is notified of compromise.

4.5. If unauthorized access is suspected, the Customer should change the password, revoke old sessions and API keys, and contact support.

4.6. SMMESE may temporarily limit operations to review security, suspicious activity, payment or account ownership.

4.7. Multiple accounts may not be used to bypass limits or abuse bonuses or payment terms.

5. Placing an order

5.1. Before confirmation, the Customer must check the service, Telegram target, quantity, term, delivery period or speed, account type, extra options and total price.

5.2. An order is created when it receives an identifier and appears in the account or a corresponding API response.

5.3. Execution may depend on payment, balance state, target validation, target availability and the selected service’s technical conditions.

5.4. Changes to the link, quantity, term or other parameters are not guaranteed after execution begins.

5.5. Each confirmed order is processed independently. Repeated clicks, form submissions or API requests can create separate orders unless the applicable idempotency mechanism is used.

5.6. The Customer must check the previous request before repeating it. API clients are responsible for correct use of idempotency keys.

6. Telegram links and targets

6.1. The Customer must provide a link in the format supported by the selected service.

6.2. The target channel, post, group or bot must remain accessible throughout execution.

6.3. Execution can be affected by deletion or modification of a post, username changes, making a channel private, join-request approval, reaction restrictions, bot restrictions, privacy changes, removal of delivered users, Telegram limitations or incompatible parallel services.

6.4. Consequences of such changes are not an SMMESE technical error. Continuation, transfer or settlement depends on the portion already delivered.

6.5. The Customer confirms that the order does not violate the rights of the target owner or another person.

7. Customer obligations

7.1. The Customer must use SMMESE lawfully and in good faith, provide accurate data and links, review parameters before payment, and not interfere with the site, API or infrastructure, seek unauthorized access, create excessive automated load, bypass limits, violate platform rules, commit fraud or spam, or infringe third-party rights.

7.2. SMMESE may not be used to promote fraud, illegal goods or services, malware, credential or payment theft, violence, terrorism or extremism, exploitation of minors, or other content prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.

7.3. SMMESE may refuse an order that creates heightened legal, payment, reputational or technical risk or may harm SMMESE, Telegram or third parties.

8. Prices and payment

8.1. Base prices are published on the Prices page and the total is shown before confirmation.

8.2. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are displayed in Russian roubles.

8.3. Price may depend on service, quantity, term, account type, speed, options and technical availability.

8.4. Prices may change for future orders without individual notice.

8.5. Payment may be made from the internal balance, through an available external payment interface, or by another method displayed at the time.

8.6. The internal balance is used only to pay for SMMESE services. It is not a bank deposit, e-wallet or interest-bearing account.

8.7. Bonus, promotional or compensatory credits may have separate restrictions and are not withdrawable unless expressly stated.

8.8. An external payment is also governed by the payment provider’s terms. Bank, payment, network or conversion fees charged directly by another party may be separate from the order price.

9. Service execution

9.1. Execution begins after confirmation and after applicable payment and technical conditions are satisfied.

9.2. Expected start and duration may be shown on the service page, order form or account.

9.3. Unless expressly stated, a delivery schedule is a target model rather than a guarantee of identical delivery in each minute or hour.

9.4. Telegram counters may update with delay, and organic activity enters the same public counter. SMMESE evaluates delivery using the durable evidence available for the product.

9.5. Temporary pauses caused by platform availability, limits or safety checks do not by themselves mean the order has failed.

9.6. The Customer should use the order status and factual progress shown in the account and contact support if a terminal or persistent error is displayed.

10. Subscribers, reactions, boosts and bot activity

10.1. Subscriber services differ by account type, term, gender option and delivery settings. Retention applies only for the explicitly selected period and does not guarantee permanent membership after that period.

10.2. Reactions may be selected manually for a specific post or selected by the system for future posts. The set available on Telegram and on the target channel may change.

10.3. Boosts are supplied in the selected quantity and term. Telegram independently determines level thresholds and feature availability.

10.4. Bot activity covers only the selected supported action. It does not guarantee later use, purchases, retention or responses from users.

10.5. Parallel orders or target changes can make contribution and retention harder to verify.

11. Citations and publication use

11.1. A citation campaign may use the latest source-channel post or customer-provided material, depending on the selected option.

11.2. Text may be preserved or adapted by AI according to the chosen mode. A reference and link to the source channel are added as part of the service.

11.3. The Customer confirms that they have the right to provide and use submitted text, links and files.

11.4. Publication timing, channel selection and time in feed follow the selected campaign parameters and the connected publisher network’s technical conditions.

11.5. SMMESE may refuse material that violates law, platform rules or third-party rights.

12. Cancellation and refunds

12.1. A quote can be abandoned without charge. A created order is governed by its actual execution state.

12.2. Before irreversible execution begins, cancellation may be technically possible. After delivery begins, only the confirmed undelivered portion may be reviewed.

12.3. A delivered measurable result is not treated as undelivered because it did not produce an unpromised organic effect.

12.4. Duplicate charges, a charge without an order, or a confirmed terminal failure may be reviewed according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

12.5. A wrong link, unavailable target or customer-initiated target change may limit or exclude a refund for affected delivery.

13. API

13.1. API access may require a separate key, allowlist and limits.

13.2. The Customer must keep keys confidential, validate responses and use idempotency correctly.

13.3. SMMESE may limit, rotate or revoke API access for security, abuse, excessive load or violation of these Terms.

13.4. Raw internal or provider diagnostics are not part of the public API contract unless expressly documented.

14. Intellectual property

14.1. The website, interface, software, original text, design and SMMESE marks are protected to the extent provided by law.

14.2. The Customer may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell or create a confusing imitation except where expressly allowed by law or written agreement.

14.3. Telegram names and marks belong to their respective owners.

15. Independence from Telegram and external services

SMMESE is an independent service and is not Telegram, is not controlled by Telegram and does not claim official partnership. Telegram and payment, email, hosting and other third-party providers independently determine their systems and availability.

16. No additional guarantees

Except for the specific parameters shown in a confirmed order, SMMESE does not guarantee organic engagement, sales, reach, search placement, recommendations, permanent metrics or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

Public estimates, examples, emulators and explanatory materials are informational and do not add promises to an order.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMMESE is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, reputational loss, platform decisions, target changes or actions of third parties beyond its reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Circumstances outside the Administration’s control

SMMESE is not responsible for delay or inability caused by Telegram changes, provider outages, network failures, attacks, legal restrictions, sanctions, payment interruptions, natural events or other circumstances that could not reasonably be prevented.

SMMESE will take reasonable steps to restore service, continue on comparable terms or settle the unused portion where appropriate.

19. Restriction and termination of access

Access may be restricted or terminated for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or a binding legal requirement.

Restriction does not remove obligations relating to completed operations, security, accounting, disputes or lawful retention.

20. Privacy

Personal and technical data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to the Terms

SMMESE may update these Terms for changes in services, providers, law or risk. The current version and effective date are published here. Continued use after publication means acceptance to the extent allowed by law.

22. Electronic communications

Notices, confirmations, statuses and support messages may be delivered through the website, account, email, API or another official channel. Electronic records may be used to confirm operations.

23. Final provisions

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience and do not limit meaning.

Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain in force.

24. Contact information

Questions about an order or these Terms can be sent through the official support channel shown in the Service. Include the order ID and target, but never send a password, login code, full card details or session file.
